A growing publication needed to handle more traffic and distribute content without replacing its editorial CMS. The work connected Cloudflare caching, article delivery to Onet.pl, translation, audio and subscriber notifications into one publishing workflow.

### [BADENT: from patient inquiry to staff notification](https://mentensor.eu/cases/badent)

A pilot connecting the patient form, inquiry classification and SMS notifications for clinic staff. The architectural focus is the whole contact workflow: input validation, routing and a clear handoff to a person. Medical decisions remain with the clinical team.

### [Qodeca: a more responsive interface through better loading decisions](https://mentensor.eu/cases/qodeca)

Heavy scripts and media competed with the interface during page load. Changes to script execution, video delivery and fonts reduced Total Blocking Time from 750 to 10 ms in the reported lab comparison. Separate work for The Bay Club moved PDF delivery to Cloudflare.

### [GovTech: from a validated document workflow to a dedicated platform](https://mentensor.eu/cases/govtech-ppp)

A platform for infrastructure agreements needed document handling, access control and support for extracting contract obligations. An initial MVP validated the workflow; the next development phase uses a dedicated application, relational data and a separate AI analysis service.
