# MENTENSOR

> Systems architecture and AI product engineering led by Mariusz Ruski.

MENTENSOR is an engineering practice led by Mariusz Ruski, engineering digital systems through an asymmetric competitive advantage: bridging 25 years of design systems craft with zero-latency edge compute (Cloudflare Workers) and deterministic AI rails. Engagements cover problem definition, architecture, implementation and verification within an agreed scope.

## Work

- [Sestry.eu](https://mentensor.eu/cases/sestry): A growing publication needed to handle more traffic and distribute content without replacing its editorial CMS. The work connected Cloudflare caching, article delivery to Onet.pl, translation, audio and subscriber notifications into one publishing workflow.
- [BADENT Dental Clinic](https://mentensor.eu/cases/badent): A pilot connecting the patient form, inquiry classification and SMS notifications for clinic staff. The architectural focus is the whole contact workflow: input validation, routing and a clear handoff to a person. Medical decisions remain with the clinical team.
- [Qodeca & The Bay Club](https://mentensor.eu/cases/qodeca): Heavy scripts and media competed with the interface during page load. Changes to script execution, video delivery and fonts reduced Total Blocking Time from 750 to 10 ms in the reported lab comparison. Separate work for The Bay Club moved PDF delivery to Cloudflare.
- [Confidential GovTech Venture [NDA]](https://mentensor.eu/cases/govtech-ppp): A platform for infrastructure agreements needed document handling, access control and support for extracting contract obligations. An initial MVP validated the workflow; the next development phase uses a dedicated application, relational data and a separate AI analysis service.

## Engagements

- Ongoing technology partnership: from $5,000/month.
- Architecture & delivery sprint: from $10,000 for two weeks. Larger systems are delivered in stages.
